Flow And Evolve

Let’s flow. This fluid, breath-led practice invites you to move with intention as you link movement and breath through a continuous, creative sequence. The class supports both the mental and physical aspects of your practice, helping you build strength, mobility, and mindful awareness. Expect smooth transitions, steady pacing, and opportunities to explore movement in a way that feels nourishing and energizing. This class is designed to help you cultivate greater fluidity in the body while calming the mind and getting your energy flowing. All levels are welcome, with options and variations offered throughout so you can move at a pace that feels supportive for you.

Yogalates

Yogalates combines the mindful flow of yoga with the core-strengthening and toning benefits of Pilates. This class focuses on alignment, stability, and breath while building strength and flexibility. Expect a balanced mix of gentle stretches, controlled movements, and mindful transitions that leave you feeling strong, centered, and rejuvenated.

Ignite Power Flow 

Join us each month for a powerful, uplifting flow designed to help you feel stronger, more centered, and deeply connected to your practice. This class blends energizing movement with mindful breathwork, guiding you through dynamic sequences that build heat, endurance, and balance in a supportive, encouraging environment. Each session ends with 15 minutes (long Shavasana, breathwork or meditation). Over 90 minutes, you’ll explore strength‑building poses, playful transitions, and grounding moments of stillness that help you tune into your body and quiet the noise of everyday life. The pace is challenging yet intentional, giving you space to grow at your own rhythm while feeling supported every step of the way. This class is best suited for students with prior yoga experience who enjoy a strong, flowing practice and are ready to explore their edge with confidence.

Evolve and Align

This all level yoga class is a slower pace with longer holds and is designed to build intensity gradually. This class is perfect for all levels and helps to build strength and flexibility while calming the mind. With mostly standing and grounding floor series this yoga style is easy on the wrists and shoulders and is a great alternative to a fast pace flow class. Unwind after a long day and feel with a sense of calm.

Gentle Evolution

A Yin Yoga class, with slow, passive poses, held for several minutes to target connective tissues. Emphasizing stillness and mindfulness, the practice encourages deep relaxation and introspection. Supported by props, students observe sensations and thoughts, promoting flexibility, joint mobility, and inner calm. This gentle approach fosters a deeper connection to oneself and enhances overall well-being. With the added benefit of aromatherapy to further enhance deep relaxation.

Hot Mat Pilates 

Strengthen, sculpt, and align in this energizing Heated Mat Pilates class. Taught by a skilled instructor trained in Stott Mat Pilates, this class emphasizes precision, breath, and core stability using modern principles of biomechanics and functional movement. The gently heated room enhances circulation, supports muscle flexibility, and deepens your connection to breath—helping you move with greater ease and awareness. Expect a balanced, full-body workout that focuses on core strength, postural alignment, and mindful movement. All levels are welcome. Modifications and progressions are offered throughout to support your individual practice.

This 45-minute Express Flow is a streamlined, breath-led practice designed to help you move, energize, and reset—perfect for busy schedules. You’ll flow through a continuous sequence of poses that link breath with movement, supporting both the mental and physical aspects of your practice. Expect efficient, purposeful transitions that build strength, mobility, and focus while helping you release tension and get your energy flowing. This class offers a balanced full-body experience in a shorter time frame, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded, and recharged. All levels are welcome, with options and modifications provided so you can move in a way that feels supportive and accessible.

Dynamic Evolution

This faster-paced Power Flow class is designed to build strength, increase flexibility, and get you sweating. Expect dynamic, continuous movement that links breath with strong, intentional transitions as you flow through a creative sequence of postures. This class focuses on building full-body strength, improving mobility, and enhancing endurance while encouraging mindful awareness and steady breath. You’ll explore challenging poses and variations that support both physical resilience and mental focus, all within a supportive and motivating environment. Best suited for those with some yoga experience, Power Flow offers opportunities to modify or intensify postures so you can meet your body where it’s at while continuing to grow your practice.

Beginner Hot Mat Pilates 

Build strength, confidence, and body awareness in this beginner-friendly Heated Mat Pilates class. This class is designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Mat Pilates in a supportive, approachable way. Led by a skilled instructor trained in Stott Mat Pilates, you’ll learn proper alignment, breathing techniques, and core engagement using modern principles of biomechanics and functional movement. The gently heated room helps warm the muscles, improve circulation, and encourage ease of movement, allowing you to move comfortably and mindfully at your own pace. Expect a balanced, full-body class with clear guidance, simple progressions, and plenty of options to help you feel successful and supported. Perfect for beginners or those returning to Pilates. Modifications are offered throughout, and no prior Pilates experience is required.
