Cancellation Policy
At Evolution Wellness, we are committed to providing a serene sanctuary where you can embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing.
As such we require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations with less than 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment fee. Cancellations within 3 hours or for a missed appointment will be charged the full cost of the treatment.
For class bookings we ask for one hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your class reservation. Late cancellations will result in a 5$ charge and no-shows will be subject to a 10$ fee or loss of class credit.
