We are currently open form Monday to Saturday 9:30 am to 5pm. please feel free to stop in and say hi and check out our small selection of retail items.

Our yoga classes and massage services must be booked in advanced.

No! While you are more than welcome to bring all your own equipment we so have a small selection of mats, blocks and straps for students to use while they are here.
