My name is Emma Kealey
My goal is to create a forward-thinking wellness center dedicated to promoting physical and mental health and wellness. Using alternative practices like yoga and massage to help support your overall health and wellbeing.

I first graduated from the International Acadamy of Applied Health in 2020 with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy, and have been a member of good standing of both the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and the Registered Massage Therapist Association of Ontario (RMTAO) since 2021. I started training and finished my certifications for Ashiatsu Massage in the fall of 2022 through the Canadian Institute of Ashiatus Massage.

In 2023 I started my first 200 hour yoga teacher training and have been passionate about spreading my knowledge with others. Yoga has been a great tool in my own wellness journey, and I cannot wait to share it with my community.

My Career began from my love of dance and movement and I reflect that in my day-to-day treatments and practices. When I am not a work I love to spend quality time with my family(including my dog) and friends! I am an avid coffee drinker and love a glass of wine at the end of my day.

Madison Robertson
Registered Massage Therapist
Madison Brennan is a dedicated Massage Therapist and Kinesiologist specializing in Sport Massage, Rehabilitation, and deep tissue treatments. Using her knowledge from both Kinesiology and Massage, Madison focuses on individualizing treatments to focus on what is best for each client. Madison combines her passion for wellness with extensive training and hands-on experience to help each client work towards their treatment, whether its recovery from an injury, chronic pain, or maintenance and preventative treatments. Madison has always had an interest in furthering her education to continuously grow as a Massage Therapist and to provide the best care she can for her clients. Since graduating in 2018 she has taken courses in NeuroKinetic Therapy, Muscles Energy technique and TMJ treatment, to name a few. When you book with Madison you will discuss your goals and expectations for the treatment and then Madison will run through movement assessments to help better tailor your treatments to what you need. Growing up as a competitive dancer, Madison understands the dedication and drive athletes have for their sport. This background fuels her commitment to supporting clients in their athletic and movement pursuits. When not at the clinic, Madison spends her time at the gym, dancing, walking her dog and baking. Madison is an active member of the Canadian Sport Massage Therapy Association and has experience providing sport massage both in the clinical setting and at competitive events. She has worked with University Swimming, Club Track, Ontario Summer/Winter games, Swim Canada Olympic Trials, and with professional hockey players. Additionally, she has an interest in working with aerialists and dancers, drawing on her personal experience in dance to tailor her treatments to their unique needs. Madison's expertise and passion make her a trusted partner for athletes and active individuals seeking to enhance their performance and recover from injuries.

Shane Blomquist

Hi, I’m Shane — a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a passion for helping people feel and function at their best. Since graduating in 2020, I’ve built my practice on the foundation of individualized care, drawing from my background in personal fitness training and my deep interest in human anatomy. I believe that true wellness encompasses both physical and mental health, and my goal is to support clients in achieving a greater sense of balance, mobility, and ease in their bodies. Whether you're recovering from injury, managing stress, or simply in need of restorative care, I offer treatments tailored to your specific needs—designed to relieve tension, reduce pain, and support long-term well-being. Outside of the clinic, you’ll often find me staying active and continuing to deepen my understanding of health and wellness through ongoing education. I'm here to support you on your path to feeling your best—one treatment at a time.

Through the practices of yoga and Reiki, I experienced profound transformation and healing, and I’ve been passionate about guiding others on their own wellness paths ever since. With a background rooted in both traditional and holistic modalities, my approach is heart-centered and intuitive. I aim to create a grounded, supportive space where individuals feel safe to reconnect with themselves—physically, emotionally, and energetically. Whether I'm teaching a restorative yoga class or offering hands-on energy healing, I meet each person with warmth, presence, and compassion. I’m committed to continual growth and education, expanding my knowledge through mentorship, study, and ongoing training. My goal is to help people feel at home in their bodies and empowered in their lives—no matter what season they’re in. Rony discovered yoga in 2016, instantly finding a deep connection with the practice. It began as a casual interest but quickly blossomed into a lifelong commitment. Over the years, Rony has explored various yoga styles, including Ashtanga, Rocket, Vinyasa, Yin, hot yoga, Pranayama, and meditation, each contributing to his growth and understanding of yoga. ​ Asanas were his gateway into yoga, and he tackled postures with much determination. While he improved and developed much on the mat and off the mat. He quickly learned that yoga isn’t just about striking a pose, there’s a whole universe beyond just asanas. His journey remains a daily adventure, where each practice feels like a new chapter in a saga of self-discovery. Yoga became a safe space where the mind becomes calm and where he cultivates clarity. For him, yoga is a moving meditation or an actual still meditation. Eager to sprinkle a little of his passion on others, Rony dove headfirst into yoga teacher training in 2023, and many trainings since. When Rony leads a class, he embarks on a journey with his students as a guide. He genuinely delights in witnessing the transformational power of yoga that transforms the mind and the body. So, whether you're seeking flexibility, strength or tranquility, Rony's practices are for you and will be a reminder that peace comes from within.

Her teaching blends mindful movement with an emphasis on breath, body awareness, and overall well-being. Grounded in her medical knowledge and passion for holistic wellness, Julia’s classes offer a balanced space for both physical strength and inner calm. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner, you'll leave feeling more connected, empowered, and at ease.

Movement, health, and exercise have always been central to my life. In early adulthood, maintaining a regular fitness routine was second nature. But as life unfolded, I was met with a new challenge—years of chronic, immobilizing back pain. Through perseverance and the integration of various therapeutic treatments, I slowly regained mobility and found ways to manage the pain. This journey ignited a deeper commitment to my personal health and well-being. I became fascinated with ancient healing modalities and alternative approaches to wellness. I’m a curious, passionate learner, always eager to explore new health initiatives, research, and tools for healing. Yoga became a cornerstone of my healing. It helped me develop a stronger core, improve spinal mobility, release physical tension, and expand flexibility. But beyond the physical, yoga taught me how to slow my breath, quiet my mind, and truly listen to my body. The benefits I began to experience exceeded anything I had ever imagined. Driven by this transformation, I began studying yoga in depth, delving into anatomy, physiology, and the science of movement. I earned my 200-hour Hatha and Vinyasa certification, followed by additional training in Mindfulness and Meditation, the Art of Chanting, a 300-hour advanced certification, and Yin Yoga. Today, I teach with the intention of guiding others toward deeper body-mind awareness, greater physical resilience, and personal empowerment. My classes are consciously designed with clear guidance and thoughtful modifications to make the practice accessible to everyone. I aim to cultivate a space where students feel safe, supported, and inspired to connect with their inner wisdom. The energy I aim to bring to each class is warm and welcoming, with a strong emphasis on self-reflection, self-acceptance, and stillness. My hope is that every student leaves feeling more at home in their body, more at ease in their mind, and more in love with who they are.

Hi, I’m Nancy. My journey to inner peace and lasting wellness began the moment I stepped into my first hot yoga class. I instantly fell in love—with the heat, the movement, the release of ego, the self-love, the strength, the balance, and the practice of letting go. In that moment, I felt completely at one with myself. After many years in a high-pressure career in software sales, I knew it was time to realign with the life I was truly meant to live. That path led me to the transformative practices of daily meditation, journaling, yoga, and Reiki. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in April 2024 and received my Reiki Level 1 certification in November 2024. These practices have brought a deep sense of joy and purpose to my life, and I’m passionate about sharing them with others who are seeking the same sense of wellness and connection. Life isn’t always easy or predictable, but I’ve learned that with the right outlets—whether it’s time with family and friends, quiet reflection, or movement on the mat—the Universe will always guide us. I believe in trusting that guidance, and I hope to help others feel supported in doing the same.

Hi! I’m a newly trained STOTT Pilates instructor with a deep passion for movement and wellness. After years of traditional strength training, I discovered Pilates almost a year ago—and it was love at first class. I was drawn to the low-impact approach, the focus on core strength, and the way it helped ease my pain and inflammation so quickly. It didn’t just transform my body; it changed the way I connect with it. In my classes, I blend classical Pilates foundations with contemporary flair, offering a fun and balanced workout that’s accessible to all levels. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can build strength, improve mobility, and feel good in your body—just like I did.
