Silence Please
At Evolution Wellness, we uphold a serene atmosphere within our yoga studio and clinic, fostering an environment of tranquility and mindfulness. Embracing a silence policy in our yoga studio and maintaining a general atmosphere of quietness in our clinic ensures that every individual can fully immerse themselves in their practice or treatment, experiencing the utmost relaxation and rejuvenation.

At Evolution Wellness, inclusivity is at the heart of our space, welcoming individuals from all walks of life to experience the transformative power of holistic wellness in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
Arriving on Time
To ensure a seamless and mindful experience for everyone, we kindly request that you arrive at least 10 minutes early for your treatments or class.
Late arrivals to yoga classes will not be permitted as this disrupt the flow of the session. Your punctuality not only honors your commitment to yourself but also respects the time and experience of fellow practitioners.
Cancellation Policy
Massage therapy appointments
Although we understand that things come up and life happens a late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in the therapists day that could have been filled by another client. As such we require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment fee. Cancellations within 3 hours or for a missed appointment will be charged the full cost of the treatment.
Yoga Classes
Your spot is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a space in the class that could have been filled with another student. as such we require 8 hours to cancel or change tour reservation. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a fee.
